Sandrine Holt (born Sandrine ho) was born on November 19, 1972 in London. Sandrine Holt is the daughter of Chinese parents as well as French mothers. The family relocated to Toronto Canada when she was five, and it is where she has lived for the last five years. The model was a catwalk model in Paris and then became an actress. In 1991's Black Robe, she made her film debut as Annuka. This role was recognized with an award called the Genie Award, the Canadian Oscar. Rapa Nui Rise to Paradise The Legend of Pocahontas followed with guest roles on Poltergeist The Uncanny Force, Outer Limits The Unknown Dimension and Dance with the Murderer. The actress was the main character the John Woo series The Thief for 22 episodes. Starship Troopers 2 Hero of the Federation was later followed by Resident Evil Apocalypse in 2004. The two films are available as DVDVHS. After a series of smaller parts on 24 Twenty Four, Runaway and a few other films she received her first major role in which she was a main character. Holt made a few guest appearances on series, as well as smaller roles in films. The actress landed a leading part on the film Hostages (2013), and was a character supporting on the Netflix series House of Cards. In 2015, she portrayed Julie Han in The Returned's US remake and cast her as Dr. Bethany Exner.
